If you’re thinking about starting a business with Firstbase, you’ll be given the option to subscribe to Firstbase One automatically. If you're already incorporated, all you have to do is create an account and log in to subscribe. Before subscribing, you'll be asked to share some information about your company so we can get you set up correctly.

If you’re an existing customer, all you have to do is log in to subscribe.

Firstbase One comes with Firstbase Agent Autopilot for your company’s domicile state. For example, if your business was incorporated in Wyoming, you will get Agent Autopilot for the state of Wyoming. Firstbase One has no impact on Agent plans in other states.

We’ll take into account your current subscriptions when you subscribe to Firstbase One. When you subscribe, we’ll reset your billing cycle, so you’ll be credited for the unused portion of any existing subscriptions. In the event that your credits exceed the subscription cost, you will be not be charged.

For Agent plans, we consider your domicile state, since this is what comes with Firstbase One. If you have a Mailroom plan, you will keep your current address.

If you’re subscribed to Agent Payroll (in your domicile state) or Accounting (with more than $10k in monthly expenses) you will keep that subscription tier when you subscribe to Firstbase One, and you will be charged for the price difference between your current tier and the tier that normally comes with Firstbase One.

For most customers, Firstbase One is $2,388 per year. When you subscribe to Accounting stand-alone, your price can be adjusted in the first year if you exceed a certain threshold in monthly expenses. With Firstbase One, your year one price is secured, regardless of your expenses.*

If you’re currently on a higher tier Firstbase Agent plan in your domicile state (such as Payroll) or have Firstbase Accounting with more than $10k in monthly expenses, you will keep that subscription tier when you subscribe to Firstbase One, and you will be charged for the price difference between your current tier and the tier that normally comes with Firstbase One.

Similarly, if you aren’t currently subscribed to one of those tiers, but upgrade, your Firstbase One price will be updated accordingly. With Accounting, we monitor your usage and upgrade you automatically if you exceed the monthly expenses threshold (year one pricing is fixed*, as mentioned above).

*Exception: if your annual revenue is greater than $5M or your monthly expenses exceed $200k, custom pricing applies.

No. Firstbase Start is a separate product to incorporate your business. After you’ve paid for Start, you’ll be able to subscribe to Firstbase One, if desired.
